Naalala ko lang dati, when I was working in BGC and I am renting somewhere beside C5, super haba lagi ng pila ng jeep sa Market. Almost 2hours yung biyahe pauwi

if you have a parking space on either end of your trip, then driving a car is the way to go.
enjoying your car's aircon, even in standstill traffic, is probably better than waiting in line for your ride, or sitting like a sardine inside the airconditioned vehicle of public conveyance.

Will you find it low financial intelligence/money management if I am renting a bedspace for 6k monthly near my office then I’ll buy cAr in cash then spend 10-12k for monthly car expenses?

Seems you have the talent and earning capacity to save 3m. If i were you, I would buy a condo first. Its much easier to buy a car after you have secured your home and a parking space for it. Besides i am assuming your earning power will improve as time goes by.

The price inflation of condos and other properties > your salary increase > car price increase.

Use that equation to guide you. While your money can still make a major dent in a property purchase, i would go that route. Cars can follow as you can easily afford them afterwards.

"it's your money, sir. do with it what you will."
offhand, it does sound ill-advised. but i am sure, you feel you are justified in doing it.
    basta wag lang illegal.
    heh heh.

If your monthly income can easily cover the projected additional expense for the car, i don't see any problem with you buying one. Just be aware that once you purchase a vehicle, never-ending expense na yan for the next 5 years or so of ownership.

    Options mo siguro:
    1) if your are not averse to buying 2nd hand, you can take this route. Since liquid ka then wala problema. Con lang nito your savings will take a significant hit and mukhang 1st car mo so medyo steep learning curve pa when it comes to best practices sa ownership. Dito ka mapapagastos/sasakit ulo mo. Pro naman, since walang monthly amort, you can work on building up your savings again.

    2) bank loan for brand new..the lowest interest ones ay yung malaki downpayment then maiksi lang ang term, say 3 years. Take a portion of your savings for the downpayment, the rest invest (tingin ko for you na mukhang walang plano bumili sa manila, buy a property sa province. Yung 5M sub 30sqm studio unit with parking sa manila, house and lot na sa province baka mahina pa ang 300sqm na lote 2 car garage pa.) Con nito may monthly amort ka so yung growth ng savings mo would slow down pero pro nito you can preserve your savings/stay liquid(and invest) and let your monthly income take the 'hit' expense-wise without sacrificing yung 'want' mo to own a car.

If you decide to purchase, i would suggest that you opt for a modest car muna to mitigate the risk. More expensive cars are generally more expensive to maintain. If you find it a wrong decision later on, at least nalimit mo exposure mo.

    Good luck!
