May 27th, 2004 07:36 PM #33palagay ko hindi dapat gawing dahilan yung mga anak para lang ituloy yung pagsasama ng mag-asawa. useless kung ang palaging nakikita ay bangayan at bulyawan sa bahay. dapat may respeto at kakikitaan ng pagsasama ang mga magulang.
tungkol sa annulment, isang ground din na pwede ay presumption of death. hindi ko lang alam kung minimum of 4 o 7 years ang kailangan. proven na ito. noong mid 90's gagastos ka aroung 25-30k sa abogado. not sure ngayon.
baka pwede i-share yung istorya para malinaw sa lahat at baka makuha pa sa maboteng usapan...

May 28th, 2004 07:29 PM #34One can still file for annulment even if he/she doesn't know where his/her spouse is. You don't have to wait for x years before filing.
Also, church annulment is harder to file than civil. Kasi sa church they are more strict with the grounds for filing. And sometimes, sa civil, nagagawan ng paraan. ;)

May 30th, 2004 09:38 PM #39matatawag po ba na conjugal ang property pag sa husband lang naka name,,pero naatikha ang property mag asawa na sila..ang reason ng husband ehh pag declared daw po na marriage mahirap mag asikaso ng mga papers...may habol po ba ang mga anak??

Conjugal properties when acquired materials or properties were bought after the date of marriage. Anything that is bought before getting married is considered as personal asset.
Oo naman may habol pa ang mga anak pagdating financial supports. Basta nagkahiwalay ang mga magulang habang sila ay nasa murang edad. 18 ang legal age, dito sa atin. Pag nagkahiwalay ang magulang at ang anak ay 18 na, hindi na ito sakop.
