June 25th, 2007 10:14 PM #33Nasa genetics na rin ang magka-acne. Problema ko yan nung teenager ako. Lahat na sinubukan ko pero wala talaga. Tumigil lang ang acne ko when I turned 30. Ngayon my teenage son is undergoing the same problem pero he gets lots of help from me in combatting the problem kasi I've been there and I've done that..
Heto ang gamot sa Pimples na effective sa anak ko: TEA TREE OIL
Walang pang tea tree oil nung panahon ko kaya I can't say if it worked for me. But its effective on my son. You can buy one sa The Body Shop. Its just natural plant oil and has no artificial chemicals.

I know that master eskinol works for guys. That’s what my brother is using and he’s got smooth pimple free skin. He also doesn’t smoke, rarely drinks and exercises regularly.
For me and my sister, we have
Clearasil Facial Soap
Clearasil Facial Wash
Soap (from facial salon..unscented)
Olay Whitening facial wash with moturizer
Once a week: exfoliate with St. Ives
Once a week: facial mask
Change our pillowcases all the time. Everything has to be clean during bedtime.
My dermatologist told me the same thing about Vitamin B12 and that was when I was taking Centrum. Hence, I am not taking centrum anymore.
Sidenote: don’t ever touch your face with your hands at all when you are outside
Well, that’s how we’ve survived so far.
But then again, it all boils down to the kind of genes you have.

Hello Guys!
I wanna make right about my face! :grr:
Can you please recommend a good doctor not facialist sa MOA (Pasay) o Makati? Yung magaling talaga but affordable enough for my wallet.
Ive been through so many stuff already. I read my book in Microbiology and it suggested Isotretinoin. But I am afraid with that because may nakakatakot na side effects. Yung isa Clear Light treatment daw. Blue laser something. Anybody here knows about this stuff?iam3739.com

drey - dr nely yu is good, her clinic is at g4 i think at mercury drugstore, she also has her clinic in binondo.
isotretinoin(roaccutane) taken orally has some side effects be wary of those, google it it you want to know, however, if your will power is exceed the contraindication the i think it will be alright, for females i dont suggest you take this drug, as this are also birth control drug, and the action of this is to equalize your hormones, and ifyou have a history of breast cancer dont take this drug as this drug triggers the cancer cells in multiplying.
the clear light treatment is a strong pulse light which kills and controls the bacteria seated within, however this will take some sessions depending on the extent of your acne. will it grow back, yes, the light doesnt guarantee that your pimple will vanish for good, treat the root cause of acne.
for moderate acne try proactiv, it works on some but not to all, obagi is also good, there are sop many products in the market look for what suits you, trial and error thing or see a good dermatologist.
inside a facialist salon, forever flawless, dermstrata, dermclinic, there is a resident dermatologist present you can have a consult with the attending dermatologist.
planning to keep it for 15yrs just done 10,000 km already replaced the transfer case fluid w/...
