Maingay lang naman talaga ang hanay ng mga "human rights group" pag hanay nila ang nalalagasan. Pag NPA ang nabalitaan napatay, either NGO worker or human rights worker daw. Talaga naman. Pero pag sundalo o pulis ang pinatay ng patraydor ne walang imik ang mga 'yan.

I read in the Philippine Star that the NPA rejected the 3-week truce with the military, so most probably the attacks will continue.

The military, on the other hand, insisted that no military offensive operations will be conducted within the period and all hostilities will be carried out in self-defense...

Hm... may be a bad decision on the military's part, but I guess they're thinking that the soldiers need rest as well or something to that effect?
