Last time I remembered, no one buys an A-Class to stand out, look cool, or go fast. It was a soccer-mom's mini MPV and worked best for weekend grocery shopping. But all that is about to change when Mercedes-Benz finally unveils the re-invented A-Class at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show.
According to Benz, “A” now apparently stands for “attack”, probably aimed at the BMW 1 Series, Audi A3, and the upcoming Volvo V40. They've even summoned the services of AMG to make the all-new A-Class extra aggressive. And what they've come up with is a sporty five-door hot hatch that looks mean enough to eat the competition alive.
