Im planning to buy a Mercedes 190 w201 as my daily driver. My budget is 200k. I prefer the diesel version kasi mas matipid pero ok din sakin kung gas kasi bihira diesel nito.

Ano po feedback sa cars na ito? Magkano kaya maintenance costs? I havn't seen d car yet.

If ever I buy one of these, what should I look out for? Mahirap bang makahanap/ mahal ba parts nito?

Im also considering the older 123 body 300 diesel.

if you have the funds.. get the best sample of the 190E out there.. unless you have the money AND time to sort out the problems of the cheap 190E. It will definitely test your patience as well as the depth of your pocket.

Given you got a good sorted out 190E, you can actually use it as your daily driver.. just dont start comparing your gas consumption with other small jap cars... i have a w124 230E (same engine as the one you are looking at) and it IS my daily driver.. no other car... so get one that is already running and looking well.. and you'd enjoy it as a daily driver...

+1 on what HBOY-300TD said, sometimes the cheapest car becomes the most expensive one after sorting out all the problems.
