April 7th, 2010 02:20 AM #1Ano po kaya ang problema tuwing tinatapakan mo ang clutch para mag shift gear bumabagsak ang RPM. halimbawa RPM mo habang tumatakbo e 2500rpm tapos tapakan mo clutch para mag shift gear bigla syang mag drop sa 300rpm, hindi sya gradual ang pagbaba biglaan.

April 7th, 2010 08:21 AM #2Nagpa fluctuate din ba ang RPM kapag naka idle ka? When hot or during start up?
Check mo ang OVP relay malapit sa battery pre...Or check mo din yung IACV(idle control valve), sa may ilalim yata ng Fuel rail if I remember it at the top of my head.
One thing to check is Idle regulator na mayroong wheel. This automatically adjust the idle based on the engine/sensor settings. Mayroon iyong parang gulong na nag reregulate ng RPM idle. malapit sa may Intake plenum.
Check mo rin ang mga hoses mo baka may air leak. I think pwede mong gamitan ng sabon ang mga side para makita mo kung may bubble.

ICV is working, pag dinisconnect mo yun ICV tataas RPM nya at pag binalik mo mamamatay yun engine
Yun deceleration micro switch is also working, when you try to rev the engine and manually depress the roller to switch bumababa rpm just to simulate normal driving deceleration
no vacuum hose leak identified
yun clutch talaga pag tinapakan mo lang kahit hindi mo i-shift yun gear makikita mo RPM biglang bagsak sa 300rpm hindi sya gradual, kaya pag biglang bumagsk ang RPM at tapakan mo yun gas para umangat ulit parang nabibigla yun engine o transmission kasi me maririnig ka THUD sound.
No problem in speed driving, yun sa clutch lang talaga.
