    For those who want to watch it over local TV, season 3 starts Jan. 16, 7:30pm on Solar TV (aka RPN-9)...

    well, they have to give Chuck some sort of handicap. If not, he would be a super spy, capable of having any learnable skill and accessing information anytime/anywhere.

    But even with his handicap, he is doing pretty well as seen in episode 03.
