coz there are no owners in govt businesses

nobody has any vested interest in keeping the businesses profitable. nobody has any capital at stake

lahat sila ang interest is to get as much benefits from the businesses as they can

I think alf tsaka perfect strangers sa abscbn na yun nung panahon. I tita cory... I remember nung bago pa lang puro foreign programs konti lang locally produced. But now halos puro locally produced na kaya uhf channel or cable na lang yung foreign

Gawin na lang nilang anime channel yan tapos ang mga palabas yung mga hindi corny (i.e. golgo 13, crayon shin chan) at uncut o kaya yung parang discovery turbo pero local (PH) version ..marami pa matutuwa
