wala namang kasalanan diyan si vernon sarne. there's nothing wrong with "pre-judging" a car. ang final arbiter naman diyan yung taong magbabasa e.

sarne was expressing his own honest opinion (which anyone can disagree with)... kung hindi matanggap ng owner ng nexus yan, i don't think they should deal with PR and media at all. kung talagang ayaw nila ng duda sa brand nila, then they should have launched Lexus, not Nexus.

Hey guys, remember that it's these Rodriguez guys who filed a court case in Pangasinan, and got some RTC judge there to issue arrest warrants against the top management of Porsche/Audi (in Germany). Really!! the German ambassador is pissed. It certainly is quite laughable, since when did a lowly Pinoy RTC judge have jurisdiction over foreign nationals in a civil case?

Just goes to show what a few bribes will do. You can get a judge to look completely clueless! It certainly didin't help APC's case kaya binigay sa PGA yung franchise nila by the pissed-off Germans.

kaya din siguro mainit ang ulo ng nexus boys kasi alam nila na mahirap ibenta ang bagong brand na galing pang china buti kung may pangalan tulad ng renault or citroen at isa pa di naman sila eng eng na di nila alam na gaya gaya ang binebenta nila mga produkto ..tapos uunahan pa ng negative comments pangit naman sa business.. kung kayo ang gaganunin papayag ba kayo? siyempre hindi rin magwawala rin kayo di ba? I believe it was simply because APC wasn't putting out the necessary sales volume to placate the Germans.

About the Pangasinan case -- Audi and Proton were supposed to joint-venture an auto production plant in some town in Pangasinan. However with the 1997 Asian market crash, they got cold feet and decided not to invest. This enraged APC...
