I think Drogon will need to die before his mom. Tactically speaking, it doesn't make sense to allow your enemy's greatest weapon still functioning. Too much risk allowing him to live.

There's been talk of a prequel before, how the Targaryens came to power, the first dragons, how 'The Wall' was built, etc.

I don't think it will have the same groundswell and popularity that GoT received though.

Maybe a spin-off or two? For sure there will be imitations trying to cash in on it's fame.

I can't see the darkness in him that's why I think he's not suited for the throne. Politics has never been about being a good person, it's about being an effective leader wherein you either advance your own goals or the interests of the majority. To be an effective leader, one can not be a good person because that's incredibly limiting. It's not necessary to become an evil person either but rather one should learn WHEN to be evil and ruthless. In a sense, it's the concept of duality and as we all know, GoT is not some simplistic good vs evil superhero movie or some Disney show where everyone gets to live happily ever after. It's a brutal and realistic portrayal of politics and human nature so I think having Jon Snow claim the iron throne is not ideal unless they morph his character later on into something like Sansa's.
Also, he's partly responsible for the massacre in King's Landing so it kind of leaves a bad taste in the mouth. He just sucks at ruling like Dany.

I agree with you on what must be done to Drogon. It should be shot with those scorpion bolts or something. A rampaging dragon would cause a lot of problem.
I really think Jon will either abdicate and let Sansa rule instead or just leave out of spite and let the other lead characters squabble and fight amongst themselves. He's just really disillusioned now and may not want any more part in this mess.

You're right of course, he has no talent for politics because he's mainly just a good warrior that people love to follow. Tormund said it himself during the celebration after the War of Winterfell with NK. Also, he may need to fight Grey Worm and the Dohtraki who will always be loyal to Dany. I don't see how he'll be able to control them, and Drogon to boot.

Then again, he still has Targaryen blood in his veins so maybe some of that ruthlessness will come out. Doubtful though, hehe.

Same sentiments here Sir Ser, nakakalungkot na nakakainis, kasi wala na tayong panonoorin every Monday morning pang- iwas trabaho. LoL.

I'm hoping the other shows will rise to this challenge and improve their products as well, WestWorld was/is a disappointment for me.

Pati Big Bang Theory tapos na last episode. WTH will I watch now? Survivor: Edge of Extinction?

Ako naman medyo badtrip na sa GoT ever since dragons, the 3 eyed raven, and White Walkers started appearing. Like wtf is all this magical bs, this isn't what I watched it for.

The first seasons were intense. The Great Houses were viciously battling each other for power and at the same time, the real players were dueling in the shadows. Littlefinger was sowing chaos all over the place while Varys was trying to maintain peace and stability. I don't understand how these complex characters suddenly turned dense on the later seasons and died because of some stupid mistake.
For example, Season 3 Littlefinger: "Chaos isn't a pit. Chaos is a LADDAH!"
Season 7: "Lady Chancha I wub you, pls porgib me ahuhuhuhu!"
Like the f*ck is this bruh? I understand people want to see dragons breathing fire and sh!t as well as marching ice zombies hellbent on ending the world but there's no need to butcher the plot to such extent.

Anyway, I just accepted all of it lately. I guess I became too attached to the show to stop watching it hehehe.

It's a fantasy TV series, of course everybody wants fire-breathing dragons and zombies.

I'll admit though, I miss all those great acting scenes. The last one I was impressed with was when Brienne was begging Jamie not to leave Winterfell. After that, it's all about Kings Landing and that didn't have any notable performances.

I think audiences have gotten somewhat desensitized from all the plot twists and surprises that almost nothing shocks them anymore. Which is why Jon killing Dany is sure to make a lasting impression. This will be a polarizing finale to be sure.

We'll all find out in less than 27 hours.
