May 16th, 2019 03:15 PM #281Well, that's fitting. Jon could have stabbed her earlier with his sword pero ibang sword ginamit niya eh.
It's understandable for Jon to break down in tears and start bawling after killing Dany but then their incestous relationship has no future.
GRRM described the ending as bittersweet so I guess the tragic part would be Jon and Dany's fate and the latter would be the peaceful and orderly state of the realm. I really hope that Sansa gets to sit on the throne. It suits her personality and capabilities. Her character development is notable. After all the years of abuse and suffering, she didn't break but instead grew stronger and wiser. From a stupid teenager to a political savvy woman with good purpose. It's a remarkable transformation, a complete opposite of Dany's - a pompous annoying idiot who later turned into a raging psychopath.

May 16th, 2019 03:19 PM #282I said common sense na mali yung plano ni Dany to storm King's Landing and rain fire all over the city. I'm not referring to or contesting the whole plot of GoT. [emoji23]
Eh ikaw tingin mo tama yung massacre dahil lang nabadtrip sila sa Great War. You can not even justify it. Puro baluktot at nonsense ang rason mo.
Going back to the story, the whole purpose of the atrocity in King's Landing is to make Dany the villain. Her imminent fate is death.

Agreed, Sansa would make a fitting queen of the 7 kingdoms, but we have to remember her affinity to the north and her people. She might not want to leave her 'countrymen' as it were. Although I supposed being queen would also serve that purpose. But would the other houses support her ascension? Highly doubtful, me thinks. There are still quite a few high ranking houses/families left who may not agree.
I'm wondering what will happen to Drogon when Dany is killed, will he go berserk and just kill everybody he sees? Just fly away and never return? Maybe they'll try to poison him when they assassinate his mother. Will poison even work on a GoT dragon?

May 16th, 2019 09:53 PM #284kaya nya nagawa yun sa King's Landing kasi tigang na sya, ever since nalaman ni Jon Snow na mag-auntie sila, ayaw na sya halikan.
so the more na magpa -hard to gets si Jon, the more na mababaliw si dany sa kanya.
so because of the wise words of Drogon, Jon will get enlightened and marry Daenerys. and they live happily ever after

May 16th, 2019 10:16 PM #286Haha yes, that's one thing to consider, if she even wants it in the first place.
If she does, I don't doubt her skills. She can play politics well. I'm sure she can maneuver her way to the top. After all, she learned a lot from Littlefinger, the master manipulator.
I think Drogon will mourn Dany's death for a while and after some time he will forgive Jon Snow then together they will embark on the greatest adventure of their lives hehe.
Yown! Finally, you're able to come up with a plausible explanation. [emoji23]

What's next? A sequel or a prequel? Ratings are so good not to milk it further [emoji28]

Sansa will likely listen to Arya's advice as well, after what her little assassin-sister just experienced almost being burned alive. It's most likely to eliminate Daenerys for the good of the realm. Both of them will try to convince Uncle Jon/ Aegon T. to claim his rightful place.
I think Drogon will need to die before his mom. Tactically speaking, it doesn't make sense to allow your enemy's greatest weapon still functioning. Too much risk allowing him to live.

Maybe a spin-off or two? For sure there will be imitations trying to cash in on it's fame.

May 17th, 2019 03:27 PM #290The question is will Jon Snow ever recover after killing the person he loves? Judging by his character, I think he will be deeply troubled by it and he'll just leave like he did in Castle Black.
I can't see the darkness in him that's why I think he's not suited for the throne. Politics has never been about being a good person, it's about being an effective leader wherein you either advance your own goals or the interests of the majority. To be an effective leader, one can not be a good person because that's incredibly limiting. It's not necessary to become an evil person either but rather one should learn WHEN to be evil and ruthless. In a sense, it's the concept of duality and as we all know, GoT is not some simplistic good vs evil superhero movie or some Disney show where everyone gets to live happily ever after. It's a brutal and realistic portrayal of politics and human nature so I think having Jon Snow claim the iron throne is not ideal unless they morph his character later on into something like Sansa's.
Also, he's partly responsible for the massacre in King's Landing so it kind of leaves a bad taste in the mouth. He just sucks at ruling like Dany.
I agree with you on what must be done to Drogon. It should be shot with those scorpion bolts or something. A rampaging dragon would cause a lot of problem.
Just store it properly since it is flammable.
