Dr. Fortun issued a statement that it is suicide. Then it is suicide.
If they want to question the pathologist then they should get one that
will agree to what they want to happen.
The pathologist said it is suicide.
Then it is suicide to me.

That it is suicide has been concluded by this pathologist.
I still think the two issues of police brutality and the tampering of evidence SHOULD REMAIN.
Kahit ano pa sabihin natin ang ginawa ng Failon household remains to be tampering of evidence (for a crime or suicide). With or without malice in intent.
Kahit ano pa rin sabihin nila e sumobra ang pulis sa pag gawa ng trabaho nila (with or without the perception na galit sila ke Mr. Failon).

How would you prosecute someone for tampering of evidence when the incident was self inflicted? The evidence has to show that there was a crime commited for it to warrant prosecution but since there was no crime committed why are you even prosecuting? It's similar to arresting them for obstruction of justice before determining if there was even a crime. What were they obstructing if there was no crime because it was a suicide? The only crime I saw was the police and their actions. They said they told the house help that they read them their Miranda Rights when they were placed under arrest. However, if you watch the videos of the arrest they were in clear violation of one of the rights they read. Remember it's "you have the right to remain silent, anything you say may be used against you in court, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO CONSULT WITH AN ATTORNEY AND HAVE THEM PRESENT DURING QUESTIONING, if you can not afford an attorney one will be appointed to represent you prior to any questioning". The videos clearly show them obstructing legal counsel from advising their clients and pushing the people into the police cars. When they were inviting people to be questioned they had to advise them of their Miranda Rights prior to any questioning otherwise any information obtained prior to Miranda will be inadmissible as evidence during court proceedings. If the Superintendents and Chiefs do not understand what they are saying with these rights how can you expect the rank and file PO to know what they are doing? It's time that the PNP ranking officers attend a remedial class on what those rights mean so they don't look like idiots as they violate one of them while telling the media they read them their rights.
