Hindi daw admissible as evidence yung interview kay cedric lee kasi it was done without a lawyer. Really, one needs a lawyer to talk to the media? The guy was not under arrest so why does he need a lawyer? He was building up his alibi during that media interview. So yeah, anything he said can and will be held against him.

Raymond Fortun is more of a professional photographer now. I guess he forgot his rules on evidence that statements voluntarily and spontaneously made can be admitted as evidence.

Cedric Lee was not under custodial investigation when he was interviewed by media. There was no need for the presence of a lawyer.

Curious though, the background of the interview showed a library filled with law books. Di kaya sa law office in Howard Calleja ginawa yun? If so, it was impossible that no attorney was present. Sheesh.

Tinatrabaho talaga ng mga kapit ni Cedric sa NBI para maging inadmissible lahat ng strong evidence against him through technicalities. Inadmissible sa court ang mga collected evidence na walang warrant.

Same principle/technique na ginawa ni GMA sa impeachment threat, pinag-file niya si Lozano ng impeachment case against her na full of evidence that are very weak. Ayun, dismissed ang impeachment case at di na siya pwedeng sampahan ulit dahil sa double jeopardy rule.

Isa si Luis Manzano sa pinakamalapit na kaibigan ni Vhong Navarro sa showbiz.

Nagkasama ang dalawa sa Kanto Boys, ang binuong grupo ng ASAP na kinabibilangan din nina John Lloyd Cruz at Billy Crawford.

Kaya naman, nakikiisa siya sa hangaring mabigyan ng hustiya ang nangyaring pambubugbog sa kaibigan at katrabaho.

Sa panayam nito sa PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) noong February 3, sa studio ng Minute To Win It, saad niya, “I’m hoping and praying that justice will be served.

"Siyempre, buung-buo ang suporta ko kay Vhong.

"Nalaman ko 'yan nung nasa Dubai ako, but the whole industry is praying na justice will be served.

"For sure, alam ni Brother Vhong ‘yan na lahat kami, mahal namin siya and ipinagdarasal namin siya.

"Sana bumalik na sa showbiz si Brother Vhong, sana matapos na ito."

Nabisita raw ni Luis si Vhong noong nasa hopsital pa ito.

“Yes, nakadalaw na ako. He’s in high spirits but, at the same time, he’s worried.

"Siguro kahit paano, napapasaya namin siya nang kaunti.

"But at the end of the day, he’s scared, he’s nervous.

"But he knows na nandun siya sa tama at ipaglalaban niya ang tama.

“Kung anuman ang sinasabi ni Vhong sa mga interview, yun din ang sinasabi niya sa akin.”

Kampante naman si Luis na hindi pababayaan ng kapulisan si Vhong sa gitna ng mga banta na natatanggap nito.

Dapat sabihin ni Raymond Fortun na lango sa droga si Cedric Lee noong ininterviews niya sa media kaya di alam ni Cedric kung anong ang pinagsasabi niya. Pati na rin Ate Bernice niya, aminin na lang very heavy drug users sila, kaya wala sila sa katinuan palagi. Baka kagatin ni Judge Tanga alibi na yan.

Saad ni Vhong, sa pagpapatuloy ng panayam sa kanya ni Boy Abunda sa Buzz Ng Bayan, “Ako po kasi, napaka-friendly ko.

“Kumbaga, wala akong pinipili kahit na sino. Kapag alam ko na ang taong ito ay masarap kausap, nakakatuwa, o may natutunan tayo o wala man, basta ang bilis ko pong makapalagayan ng loob.
