yes bro. i prefer safety than beauty of my car if i can't have both ASAP. what is important for me as of now is that it is in good running condition. actually i'm about to purchse Brand new OEM/ Aftermarket/surplus cv joints, lower suspension arms na curve, power window switch, fog lights and fl switch, and mechanism ng antenna. Ok na ang condition ng engine ko. so, last na talaga ang repaint, after i fix those parts. Plus kaillangan pa pala ng good/safe garage before repainting kasi baka masayang lang ang gastos. tsk, i think i need to spend around 100-150 K for all of these.

yep. kasi mas gumaganda ang stance ng dropped. pangit kasi pag parang highered yung kotse mo, magmumukhang 4x4.

there are springs that drop your car 1-1.5" naman. pero if thats still too much for you bro, pwede naman stock height lang. just dont opt for humongous rims kasi, the bigger the rims you get the larger the fender gap will be. so meaning mas malaki yung rims mo, mas magmumukhang 4x4 without dropping it. hehehe.

meaning yung current rims mo ay nagbibigay na ng sayad ? hmmm ... di kaya may problem na shocks mo or springs ? baka malaro na masyado.

lancer ex, yung 18's ? too big IMHO if you wont drop the car. 16's or 17's would do.
