Tanong ko lang mga bossing about this car... ok ba 'to? Napansin ko lang sa Car Exchange forum na mura yung selling price nito compared to other mid-sized cars... (corona, galant, accord...)

    bro,

kunin mo yung may integrated spoiler... yung parang hatchback! ganda nun sobra! :D

hindi naman mahirap maghanap... you just have to know where... oks pa naman parts availability...

but it is till not comparable to toyota...

sadly, the main reason for the low resale value of the 626 is because it's a mazda, and mazda doesn't have as much resale value compared to the other japs like toyota and honda. plus, the fact that mazda has been "orphaned" in the philippines doesn't help in keeping the resale value up.

fundamentally, the car is great! i'd agree with pajerokid, na pinaka-gwapong 2.0L car in its day ang 626. IMO, it was the least daddy-like among its rivals when it came out.

as to fuel mileage, i've gotten 8-9 kms/L on my '95 MT.

if your planning to get a 626, be sure to get it in prime condition as much as possible. the 626 is rarer than the 323s, meaning parts are hard to come by. however, it does give you great performance once you get it in good condition.

it's a good car naman and maganda ang porma kahit stock lang angas na, spacious yung interior. sa parts mas mas mahirap ng konti pero available basta alam mo kung saan hahanapin. sister ko may a/t na 626, pero plano na ibenta dahil masyado malaki para sa kaniya. Post ko na lang once she does.
