+1 on that. surprisingly, despite the low and sporty profile, the 7 is wider, longer and with the same (if not higher) ground clearance compared to a number of other 5 seater SUVs

I got a new "accessory" for my CX-7. I plan to keep it there until my license plates arrive.

went and reserved a White cx7 at Mazda Q.Ave last Saturday. They told us that it will increase by 100k in the coming months. Hopefully within two weeks we will get the unit! :-)

Yeah, I'm curious too. Is this guy your sales rep or some bigwig who ruined your chances of getting your ride as promised?

Your sticker is like flipping the bird to a car co. that gives lousy service. Ingat lang pare at baka sampahan ka ng libel.

i must say, a very unique way of expressing one's sentiments

yep, the ordeal of macuser is in this thread and to say the least, he is well within his rights to freely express what he wants within the bounds of law, of course

enjoy your 7 but not the dealer

    You want total revenge ?

    Go to Mazda Greenhills.

Park your CX-7 rear first so that your rear will face the door of the dealer then jokingly ask for a quotation of some Mazda unit.

    Now, that's revenge. :diablo: :hysterical:

Hahahaha! i thought about that too, but I ended up with something better. 2 of my officemates and a cousin are buying their cars from my new dealer instead. That's 3 lost sales for Mazda Greenhills.

(And that's not counting my dad who got a BMW instead of a Benz. -Jun Pe is an EVP of CATS, distributor of Mercedes and owner of Mazda Greenhills)

Hi to all CX7 owners/ future owners/ fans,
I have posted below query under "Car Comparison" forum. I thought that i can get more inputs from you guys as far as leaning towards the CX7. 'Would appreciate so much if you can honestly give your opinion why i would choose cx7 over the other. Thanks!

    'Hi!
'Need help to decide on which mid-size SUV to choose: Tucson GLS Gas or CX7. I have the option to bring home the CX7 today but i decided to defer my decision until tuesday. I love the CX7 interior and loaded functions but i kind a like the Tucson' exterior.

Tucson GLS Silky Bronze - it is a fact, no available units yet. Nakapila ako both Alabang and Dasma. SA told me na baka August na daw maging normal ang supply from Korea. I can't wait because of the excitement though i don't need it soon.

CX7 White - i can immediately get a unit from Mazda Makati. It is actually allocated and prepared* to somebody else but (i think) supposed owner had some issues. (*casa already installed Tint and back-up sensor). I actually don't want the tint being used by casa as it is only Taiwan/ China 3M tint but they can give the full front tint free-of-charge. The back-up sensor is black and made the rear bumper a bit messy (i prefer a very-clean look bumper). Casa will charge me P4,500 only for the back-up sensor though they said price is actually more than 5K. The reason i had a second thought and not immediately grab the unit is that i want an absolutely brand new unit (never touched, never given any mods, as in never been pdi'd). And sadly, i saw a chip-off paint right on the edge of the front headlight (though very small and i noticed that the did apply some touch-up paint). The showroom GM even assured though, that the unit has never been displayed.

    TIA for all the inputs!

Happy long weekend & please vote wisely!'

IMHO, since this is a 7 owner's thread, i would recommend the 7 for you. informatively, before i bought the 7 i was looking at the tucson, sta fe and montero. eventually i boiled down my choice to either the 7 or the montero. after a test drive of both, i got the 7

objectively, car preference is a personal thing. test drive both, determine your usage parameters and then make the decision that you will be happy and satisfied with, notwithstanding the opinions and views of others. you will be the one driving and using the car, not others
