From the mcx7 forum, it seems that what we have here is the base model head unit. And this headunit is also ipod/iphone compatible if installed with a harness. Bili bili na!

I have a red CX7. I put 3M medium black on the windshield, magic black on the front windows, and super black on the rest.

I saw one in flesh yesterday and all I can say is WOW! I like the syling better than our Tucson. I hope FC is good too.

Boybi, I also noticed the same re AC on our Tucs. Medyo matagal lumamig sa likod when parked under direct sunlight. Baka ganun talaga. Hehe.

Djerms, kahit sa harap matagal din lumamig compared sa Pajero. I created a separate thread for this:

    Hi!

    *111prez - Thanks

*biboy -Thanks for the input. Haven't had the tint installed yet but am thinking of placing medium black (windshield, 2nd row & rear) & super dark (front doors). Sana ok I'll have it done when it's due for the first 1000 checkup.

It also looks nice as-is without the film but I'm afraid the scorching heat of the sun will be at its peak this summer.

*rmrivera0602 - How much did you get your front & rear sensors for?

I play my iPod touch using aux cable. Is there anything I can do to be able to access my ipod files using the car's controls/buttons? :D

    I love the ride, btw, it's a nice-handling car.

I got a call from Mazda Batangas, they have a black CX-7 available, if anyone wants it. Look for Kim, you don't have to tell her I referred you.

I'm still waiting for a white one.

As expected, no word from Mazda Greenhills, even if other dealers have already told me that they are expecting a shipment in the next two weeks.

I'll just have to wait and see, I guess.

    Why not try this?

Reserve a unit in another Mazda dealer(e.g. makati, Q. Ave) just pay the reservation fee(refundable if you wish anytime) then wait and see which of the dealers(Green Hills, and the other one) would be the first to grant your wish for your much awaited white CX-7.

Good Luck! and congrats to your new CX-7!

    Hello to everyone. Newbie here.

*macuser - we have the same experience. Am still waiting for my white CX-7. Made the reservation since 1st week of December

*lamborghinione - I actually have two reservations. One at Greenhills, and the other one at Makati. Am number 3 at ghills and 1st at makati.

Talked to my SA at Makati, and was told that the units will arrive last week of March, and will be available for the customers around April.

Just wanted to ask if the tonneau cover is removable. Thanks

There is an on-going renovation of our neighbor's house and dust particles in the air everywhere. I'm afraid the dust particles would get inside the hood or whatever seems possible to penetrate. Worst if the dust particles get inside my car's interior and also affect the airconditioning system.

    Need a professional car wash.

This may sound strange but, I exert every effort to be honorable and fair in dealing with people/companies. At least that way, if anything goes wrong, they can not find fault with me. In other words, wala silang masasabi tungkol sa akin, samantalang ako, baka mayroon (and in this case, talagang mayroon).

Based on the recommendation of a good friend who had bought his tribute from Mazda Greenhills, I dealt with the agent referred to me. Because he was friendly and accommodating, I did not hesitate in giving them my business and placed an order for a white CX-7 as soon as I could. I had since discovered that, compared to other dealers, they charged more for the registration fee (>P5,000) and insurance (>P10,000), but because I had already made a commitment to them, I honored my end of the deal, trusting that I would get my car by February at the latest.

Without having to repeat everything that I posted last Feb 14 <http://tsikot.yehey.com/forums/showpost.php?p=1419135&postcount=227>, I don't think anyone can deny that they did not treat me with the same honor and courtesy as I did them. To date, they have not offered an acceptable explanation as to why I still don't have my white CX-7.

You may call it foolish on my end to continue to deal with them. But my dilemma is twofold. First, the leasing company has already issued a purchase order since last december and they are not allowed, for audit purposes, to issue a secondary purchase order for another dealer. Second and more importantly, if I were to rescind the purchase order from Mazda Greenhills, I would lose my place in line in which, as far as I understand (and without condoning Mr. Pe's ungracious actions), I am the first on the list for the next white CX-7 to be delivered. If I were to move to another dealer, I don't think I would be first on the list at this time, and judging from t-squared's post, I certainly won't be at Mazda Makati.

Christmas, New Year's and Valentine's have passed already, I really hope that Holy Week doesn't pass without me getting my CX-7.
