June 17th, 2010 12:29 PM #1Usually kasi tinotodo ko muna yung fan without the compressor engaged para ma blow out lahat ng hot air na naipon sa blower and sa cabin.
Ginagawa ko ito bago bumiyahe at tanghali or mainit talaga ang panahon.
Ganun kasi yung tips na nabasa ko sa Honda website dati, at effective naman siya.
Well, yung Astina walang on/off switch yung compressor sa dashboard console niya. Ang weird bakit ganun yung design yung gen 1 323 naman may switch.
Ang ginagawa ko tuloy ay bukas hood pa para disconnect yung isang relay ng pressure switch para hindi muna bumukas yung compressor til such time na I think gusto ko na siya buksan.
Hassle diba?
Ano ba solusyon dito?
*Naisip ko i-DIY na on-off switch yung wiring ng relay na ginagalaw ko. Lagay ko yung switch papunta sa isang push button sa dashboard. Safe kaya yun?

You can add a relay to engage and disengage the compressor's electric clutch. The switch to control the relay can be on your dash.
You can use one of the factory buttons so it wouldn't look ugly or out of place.
BTW, I suggest to have it done at a proper shop unless you are good at doing DIY stuff. This would avoid potential electrical fires later.
planning to keep it for 15yrs just done 10,000 km already replaced the transfer case fluid w/...
