mga sirs, may 1997 mazda 323 lx 16valve na carburator type po ako na nabili recently. kapag bagong start sa umaga, ang taas po ng idle nya, umaabot sa 3000+ rpm, alam ko po na dapat mataas kung cold start, pero is it normal to go that high? ano po ba dapat ang rpm nya pag cold before dropping down to normal when warm na?

at saka nga po pala, matagal po sya bumaba from 3000rpm, sometimes 5mins na or more eh di pa bumabagsak to normal, ano po ba dapat ko gawin or i-check dito?

pero after naman na magnormalize ang idle and temp eh wala na po problema maghapon, yun na lang pong next morning start ulit

thanks po in advance sa inputs!

i've also experienced that after i replaced my servo kit. baka yung previous owner just replaced the servo kit, it will go back to normal idle rpm after 2 weeks.

sir, i think better have it checked your engine. try check your air cleaner, fuel filter, spark plug, if dirty, you may replace it. also try to check the engine timing. if still occur, then have your engine module check. by the way, it's not normal for cold starting engine at 3,ooorpm and for 5 minutes before your idling engine drop to normal rpm. you may shorten the engine's life. meaning, you may overhaul your engine early and also add burden to your pocket. (fuel guzzler) loren might be very very angry on your engine! contributing hazardous to the environment with out energy savings! joke lang.
