My Lamson backup camera is still alive after almost 5 years. There are very few instances where it flickers and dies but that happens only once or twice a year. It throws an overvoltage error code though.

My car doesn't have one. It's a 1.5V

Ours is exactly that....'14/3/1.5HB. No plans of selling anytime soon. It has served well.
I'd say yes, if that's a well cared for hobo find. Most Skyactivs would have no reason not to be religiously dealership-serviced for the 1st 3years. The Yojin advantage goes beyond the 1st owners.
