Finally installed a plate relocator after 7 years of ownership thanks to Travs and Technical Details. Now my problem is how to fix the stock plate location holes short of replacing the grill. Suggestions?

Ah congrats! Looks a lot better with the plate relocator no?

For the previous holes, you might want to try these ones to sort of cover them up.

Thanks for this suggestion. I agree it looks better. Having the bumper fixed was the trigger.

Speedlab installed this Borla ATAK full exhaust in what seems to be a 1.5L Mazda 3 BM. Awesome sound indeed.

They also did an ECU remap. Looks like they have their own tuning formula now.

Tunes? Look no further beyond OVT. They've been serving Mazdas the world over for a looooong while & has somebody local to you....call or text their Ph rep +639174726847. They're current Skyactiv tunes are superb. They do Toyotas, too... even handling the complex multi-ECU'd GR Yarises.

The people tuning their 1.5L mazda 3s.. makes me wonder why they didn't just get the 2.0L displacement model in the first place.

    No iStop ;)

Reviewers at that time agreed that the 1.5 felt more responsive than the 2.0.

I knew someone regretted buying the 1.5L. He doesn't want to go through the trouble of tuning his Mazda3 for more power. He felt he should have bought the 2.0L

Then I told him the expensive start-stop battery and potential expensive replacement for the eLoop capacitor were my main concerns after buying the 2.0Li

He said he wouldn't mind dealing with those potential problems as long as he drives a preppy 2.0Li engine with a sun roof.

I can relate to that 2014 Mazda 3
