    good day fellow tsikoteers..i just want to ask the direction going to talisay municipal hall from las piņas city..via slex or tagaytay..tia

    Well im sure, TS has already found an answer as this is 1+ year na.

    I just want to share the experience I had while driving down towards Talisay (Balai Isabel), from Tagaytay via Ligaya Drive. Being my first time w/ the road, I felt lots of adrenalin rush while going downhill, doubled the fun while going uphil/zigzag back to Tagaytay (~9km I guess of excitement with my CRV Gen1).

    Also a nicely paved road with breathtaking scenery of Taal Lake/Volcano.
