I haven't yet travel back to albay so i can't give you a precise update but i am sure that construction in quirino is still on going.

There's also a bride in cam sur(not sure if its in pili) that is being renovate when i passed by last april.

lifetime naba ang construction sa quirino highway?
mahigit 20 yrs ko na atang dinadaan yun na hindi na naubos ubos ang sirang kalsada!
mayaman na kaya ang mga contractors at mga taga DPWH na tumitira non?
