I used to be adventurous din (had an old J40 Land Cruiser back in the day) but compared to then and now where people are depending on you, I don't think I'd chance this road with just one vehicle, kahit daytime pa. Another thing, is there cell site coverage?

I also wonder what would happen if may big vehicle na nag stall and the road were blocked? There doesn't seem to be a shoulder on the side of the road to go around it, even if you could shift to 4L drive

More info please, as I'm curious.
Yes inhabited naman. Sparse population but may mga dinadaanang small barangays. UV express plying Baguio-La Union also take this route every now and then.

There’s cell site coverage naman throughout the entire trip.

There are some parts of the route with shoulder. More importantly, trucks don’t pass this route. Jeep na biggest na nakasabay ko here.

Ah, yes, those class 3 vehicles do add stress climbing up Baguio if you find yourself behind one, and your vehicle doesn't have the "afterburners" to overtake uphill with power na hindi "umiire" too much (and not relying on building up momentum compared to raw power).

Since may cell coverage I might consider exploring this route minsan. Yung other pics posted by Uninvited seem to show na hindi naman tipong remote backroad ito.

Pero... until at least election season is over, I'll stick to main roads muna

Not sure, but I do have a vaxcert saved in my phone when needed. I'm still waiting for the booster shot to reflect in the website tho.

We are attending a wedding in a couple of months. Sadly my family's vaccine isn't on the vaxcert yet. Kailangan pa pumunta ulit sa vaccination site para asikasuhin. Hassle lang.

Register muna kayo sa Baguio Visita. There you'll see the latest requirements. If you're staying in a hotel, the hotel will know as well.
