Our triage was less than a minute. There was an in-house triage in the hotel, super convenient.

Would really suggest to go up on a weekday instead of weekdays.

Going up on a weekday means restaurants and points of interest are mostly empty.

Got to visit Mirador which was pretty empty earlier:

    CJH was also maluwag:

As mentioned by other forumers, Marcos Highway was awful as expected. So many slow trucks leading to long queues, really had to use horsepower to overtake otherwise I’d get stuck in a long train. Uneven cement slabs now mixed with lots of construction sites so it really ruins your flow.

Can’t wait for Kennon to reopen to the public. Might just take Tuba-Asin going home to avoid the trucks.

Perhaps the only consolation is the beautiful sunset on the way up:

Cheapest I've seen in central Baguio was 71.60 for Petron XCS on Legarda.

Trip down from Baguio to TPLEX using Tuba-Asin Road at night:

Not recommended for inexperienced drivers to pass here at night. Very few street lights, lots of tight curves that will throw you off a cliff if you overshoot.

But if you enjoy a bit of a challenge, it’s a fun mountain pass to try. Easier during the daytime.

Umakyat kami Baguio this morning. Pilit ko dinadaan sa kennon Road yung waze, pagdating namin sa exit ng tplex sabi nung checkpoint sarado daw kennon Road.

Nung nasa Baguio na kami, mali yung binigay na map link ng Airbnb, pinapasok kami sa iskinita. Sa loob ng iskinita may matarik na akala ko mabibitin yung puno na ertiga.

Buti na lang before the trip the host also messaged us with the correct map link. Ang akala ko kasi same lang yung 2.

Kailangan pa rin. Pinapunta kami ng checkpoint sa Baguio Convention Center para verification ng visita Baguio registration.
