    take C5, diretso lang hanggas ortigas avenue pero sa ilalim ka ng flyover tawid ng ortigas avenue para mag u turn then right sa ortigas avenue diretso lang nasa right side yun medical city

    Sm hyper mart and tiendesitas on your left. The flyover you are approaching is the ortigas flyover.
