Another option for rims is American Racing.
Then you can either run BFG M/T T/A KWs or Copper Discoverer STTs.
As for size, you can either run same size or slightly bigger.
The disadvantages of running MTs on pavement is that some patterns are noisy and the rubber compound may wear sooner.
If you want A/Ts, then I can recommend BFG A/T T/A KOs considered by some to be the best compromise tire.

Full off-road tires will never perform "well" on-road... all you can ask is that they perform "adequately". Compromise lang yun. ;)

already checked out american racing rims at auto options timog, too much chrome on their wheels eh. but i'll check them out again, i might have a change of heart. hehehe
