sir your original strada rim which is 6" in width can accommodate 245 width on your original strada glx rim.

High profile truck tires that are 245 wide fit on 6 or 6.5" rims... but for low profile car tires, 205 is the practical limit for 6" wide rims... slightly bulging, but sidewalls still upright. You'll want 6.5" or 7" for 215, 225 or higher.

ma'm aejay thanks also for the inputs..I know for a goodyear 15"(radius ata) tire replacement costed me p2100 each ata for my ex car..how much kaya for this 16x245mm tire same stock brand (i forgot) mitsu uses..

If you want Bridgestones (4x2 Strada OEM) the cheapest 245's will set you back around 5K apiece. If you're aiming for a wider look for your tires though, you might be disappointed if you mount them on the 6" rims. Although they'll fit, bulging out na yung sidewalls. They'll look much better on 7"s.

thanks for the fresh inputs, gents..! I dont think my conscience can take a 2009 strada truck having bulging tire sidewalls..coming from motion.car chart data, a 4x4, 2.5 variant gets 245mm wide tires with matching rims..seems OK with its stock weight at 120 kilos more than the GLX..but one has to prepare for a low FC ratio..

now for the cost..at p6thou / set x 5 sets = P30K less my stock tires/rims swap of about P20K = P10k..I'm on saving mode now..

question lang po.... if Php 20k and trade in for old rims/tires.... saan po ninyo ikakabit yung bagong tires? just a thought..
