Pag may kalawang na. Rust converter ang katapat. I think undercoats are designed na makatulog para di kakalawangin ang ilam ng mga cars natin.

what exactly does rust converter do? from what i understand and i may be wrong, is that it will expose rust so you can pinpoint where they are? i guess knowing where they are would be the first step in getting rid of it... pero kelangan na ba ng cutting ung wheel well ng oto ko? or may iba ba method of doing this without cutting?// pero definitly kelangan ko na ipagawa sa iba ung oto.. cause im realy wasting my time sa backjob dun sa shop...

Rust converters reacts to the metal and passivates it...meaning it chemically reacts to the metal in such a way that it reduces oxidation which causes 'rusting'.
It is very hard to control rust. Kaya nga yung iba..they do 'strip to metal' para to ensure na wala na rust.

^^^ pero mabuting sa reputable shop ka magpastrip to metal, kasi risk din magpastrip to metal lalong mabulok ang tsikot mo kung di magaling mag prep
