what is the number of Kia C.A.R.E? help

hi guys. can you help? i am currently out of the country. and my mom told me that my Kia Forte does not start anymore (she usually starts it every week for about 5 mins).

but this morning, it won't start.

please help me with the number of C.A.R.E..

This is not enough to charge the battery imo.
