correction sir, these are not smuggled vehicles. Actually, Cebu has this ordinance allowing surplus vehicles from korea and japan to enter cebu shores. That's why korean autoshops sprouted everywhere in cebu. But now, their's a recent decision from the supreme court disallowing used vehicles to enter Phils. shores. As for the sportages running in cebu, they are not smuggled vehicles. Mine is not.

afaik the cheapest I saw was 160T. average 180-220T. 2.2L TD mazda.

ang ibang tindahan tinatangalan nila ng intercooler kahit may airscoop. some negative comments ay yung overheating. other's made sure they put enough coolant, ang iba they change the radiator and fan to a bigger one.

wala akong ma recommend though. dili ko taga Cebu.

Yup, its prone to overheating but now its a none issue. What they did was, they remove the thermostat that controls the water going to the engine. After that, my sportage never overheated. I got mine at 230k. The 1st gen sportage have to types, the short bodied and the long bodied which they call grand sportage.

Imo I think, thermostat should be replaced with local one, not removed.

anyways, what city do you live the one? because in fuel consumption, Manila, Makati, etc does have shorter l/km compared to viz-min area.

    * sir pal, if you want bigger try 235 75 R15, maganda tingnan. mine has 215 75 R15.
