Braggadocio. Congratulations for owning one of the fastest depreciating brands. What's important is that you made Kia Philippines very happy.

so sa promo nila panalo ka na for that price 995K for a mid size SUV with the latest CRDI technology...

You do realize that Toyota and/or Honda started out the same way. :P

Around the world, Hyundai and Kia cars are being recognized for their quality.

    To quote Mr Lee:
“The continued increase in sales demonstrates that buyers recognise that something really positive is going on at Kia, with new products, sensational equipment, strong safety, low cost of ownership and unlimited-kilometre, 5-year warranty for private buyers making a Kia purchase a smart choice,” said Mr Lee.

Now, Hyundai is another story. So let's just stick to the topic shall we.

Have a barkada who has given his 300k dp! Another friend is about to give his DP anytime soon.
I think this is a good scheme by Kia, knowing that their prices are high here in Manila. Though I feel that 6 months is way too long, and also there's no guarantee or timeframe when you'll get a unit.

    Just to clarify lang po.

hmm... reading between the lines parang:

    with DP of 300K
dp of 300K. then 995K is the remaining payable. so total price of car is 1.295M

without DP - total price of car will be 1.595M

Pag yung na discuss nyo sir dbh e di bale 600K ang discount, parang imposible yata. Pakilinaw naman po kung sino man pwede. Pag totoong 995K for a crdi sorento aba....sobrang tempting naman nito

you got it right. ganyan ang preselling promo ng 4x2 crdi 5 seater LX.

i just called up my SA and confirmed that i will be getting the 4x2 crdi 5-seater EX variant for additional 100K. EX is the dressed up version of LX. they are both 5-seater but all the features of the high end variant of sorento are present except of course the moonroof/sunroof and the 7-seater configuration.

    regards,
    dbh

    thanks po sa pagsagot.

so ayun 1.295M pala. this is a good price. I always thought that ALL kia vehicles (here in RP) these days are 200K overpriced, so this is a welcome move by columbia.

Pero sana wala na promo promo pa, sana bumalik na sa "normal" na price and kia dito sa pinas. For example our lx carens was 875K back in 2007 it is now at 1.12M++, bibili sana kami ng rio last quarter of 2008 nagulat na lang kami 150-200K higher halos lahat ng kia models...buhat nun i never bother to look at kia vehicles ever again. sorry for the OT

kia pre-selling?
