*starex_gold: balita ko hindi compliant ang mga diesel fuel natin dito sa e-vgt engine, anong brand gamit mo? Have you tried the biodiesel from Flying V? Also, I understand na premium ang tucson mo and iron ang engine block and sa sorento aluminum lang, anong advantage ng iron engine block compared to aluminum?

Actually I have no idea about the difference sa engine block. Basta hindi mag-crack, ok lang sa akin.
Compliant naman yung mga Hyundai-Kia CRDi R eVGT dito. Revised yung engine from EURO 5 to EURO 2. Kaya kung mapapansin niyo mabaho ang usok
Shell Diesel Ultra po gamit ko sa Tucson. Loyal kami sa Shell. Kahit Petrol engines Shell din kami

Bluish white. Can't recall.
Depends on how it's built. Some of the best turbo blocks are aluminum (SR20 is one).
If it's a solid block, it's more than strong enough for high turbo pressures. The big problem with new blocks is that they're mostly hollow and sleeved, and require extra reinforcement for turbocharging. It's not the fact that they are aluminum per se... just that they're lightly built.

July 26th, 2010 10:11 AM #1518Yesterday, i saw a 5-seater "limited" edition sorento sa Trinoma. Kia New Manila. Me bumper guards (not sure sa tawag) and stepboards at chrome accents. It's gas. Looks like the 5-seaters are here....
