Sinubukan ko magdala ng langis sa kia dagupan nung 55k pms pero may additional charge parang corkage. Kaya nagdecide ako na yung langis na lang nila gamitin. D ko sure kung lahat ng casa ganito ang patakaran lalo na sa NCR.

Pero suggest ko kausapin mo muna sila baka naman pwede.

bro, promise kayang kaya DIY yang EGR cleaning para ka lang nagpapalit ng air filter sa dali....

medyo madami lang tatangalin to access the EGR.. meron lang sya 2 bolts on each side plus 1 bolt sa bracket nya.. tapos may 2 hose tangal na agad...

sa kia pasay ok naman sa kanila own oil although out of warranty na yung saken... i use motul crdi specific.. lakas hatak parang brand new ulet

When you have your brakes cleaned, be sure to ask for the Brake Cleaner Aerosol Can since you paid for it. Sigurado marami pang laman!

sige.. sa 45k kms lilinisin ko ulet yung egr.... at pipicturan ko...

or kung meron malapit sa las pinas at gusto mag diy ng egr cleaning, sabihan nyo lang ako at tuturo ko sa inyo....

Nadala ko na sa casa for the 4th time in as many weeks. may leak daw. 1st time, 9k+ for the hose, labor, and freon. 2nd time, 20k for a different hose, expansion valve, cleaning, freon, labor (tanggal pati dashboard to check the evaporator). 3rd time, free, changed the o-rings. 4th time (currently at the casa waiting for parts), est 17k+ for the evaporator.

sana maayos na, dahil compressor and condenser nalang hindi nila napapalitan... and masyado ng malaki ang gastos for a 4 yr old car.

yung carens ko naman sinumpong na naman aircon, minsan lumalamig minsan hindi. dinala ko sa kia pampanga, parang hindi makita problem. order daw muna sila ng wiring para ma test.

hmm... the last time I was at Kia Alabang (last month), I was complaining na medyo may black smoke pag ni-rev to 3.5-4K rpm and they (kia alabang) said EGR needs cleaning (so some mechanic knows it, some don't?). Di ko lang pinagawa kasi (1) matagal daw (2) di naman sobra mausok, pag hig rev lang talaga.

Dami nagsasabi ok sa Goodyear Pasay ah. Advisable ba na dun na din magpa (basic) service like change oil, EGR cleaning? I plan to have my EGR cleaned on next PMS pero di na sa casa.

usually symptoms ng dirty egr are mausok and sluggish acceleration.

sir pag out of warranty na sa labas mo na pms and egr cleaning.
