    nyek.. you better have that replaced with original or install a separate switch.. kung separate switch you need to rewire such that it will only open when the park lights are ON.. to do that you need a relay (any bosch will do if already installed better) just rewire it in such a way that the signal wires (left and right terminals) of the relay will connect directly to the positive supply of the park light then the other one will connect to the ground via switch.. (relays does not have polarity).. this way your fog lights will only open when the park light is switched on.. and since you have the switch (ground), you have the option to turn off the fog even when the park lights are on.

    Had my 30k pms today at Kia Dagupan - total Php 4,160

    But when I was on my way back to Baguio, napansin ko na nawala na yung dati nyang hatak (hindi na nag e engage ang turbo). Usually pag 2nd gear ramdam mo na agad yung pag kick ng turbo but when I tried to make an overtake, hindi na humatak ang I nearly hit incoming traffic from the opposite lane even as I tried to floor the pedal. I've driven an old diesel vehicle at parang ganon na lang ang hatak niya.

    It's nearing 5pm so I'll just bring it back the next day.

    Ang ginawa lang naman sa Kia Dagupan eh change oil, cleaned brakes, tightened bolts and nuts underneath. Tpos papalitan daw yung brake pads dahil medyo pudpod na (for the front wheels only, mga 4,3k ang cost kasama na labor). Tapos kinabit nila sa ECU yung diagnostic software tool to find out what's causing the erratic idle. Fortunately, normal naman findings.

    Hindi kaya nireset nila yung sa ECU kaya ganon or may nagalaw? May "whistle" pa naman akong naririnig galing sa turbo. Anyway, I'll find this out tomorrow pagbalik ko dun sa casa.

    Update: natanggal yung hose dun sa may actuator ng turbo kaya di gumana ito...Naikabit na ito at balik sa normal na ang Carens ko. It was a case of carelessness on the part of the mechanics who performed the PMS...

    Nakakapagtaka bakit natanggal yung hose e wala naman silang ginawa sa turbo? Saka dapat meron itong clip or something para hindi basta basta matatanggal. Ang laking abala nyan.

    Abala talaga sir.. panay nga ang sorry nila pero paano ano magagawa ng sory pag me accidente?

    Suspetsa ko nga baka pinagtripan o pinag experimentan lng nila...eto ang hirap pag di natin nababantayan ng mabuti ang mga ginagawa nila during PMS. Proof ito na hindi lahat ng nagtratrabaho sa casa eh magaling. Sorry to say this pero may mga t*ng* pa rin!

    kaya i dont leave my car in the casa ever. di mo alam kung ano pinaggagawa ng mga yan. i make it a point na binabantayan ko ang trabaho nila para makasiguro na maayos ang trabaho.

    yes me too i don't leave my car to these people.. hindi naman lahat pero madalas dumb talaga yan mga yan... careless.. wala kasi quality control.. dapat after service may quality control check.. para din sa production yan may operator at qc.. to make sure na tama yung ginawa ng operator at maiwasan ang customer complaint.
