about the trade in nag inquire din ako sa kia congressional kung magkano nila kukunin yung carens ko lx matic july 2008 model kasi binabalak namin mag upgrade to a carnival lx swb. ang appraisal nila is 650k lang almost 50% ng value kaya hindi namin matuloy yung pag upgrade kasi sobrang baba naman ng aftermarket value ng ride natin. sa kia greenhills kaya magkano nila kukunin yung carens ko?

we got our carens M/T 2008 model for 885k brandnew.. at 650k trade in price.. 235k difference.. not bad..

Good morning guys. I, together with my wife & kids test drove both the carens and carnival last saturday courtesy of kia greenhills (thanks Ms. Anne). I must say very impressed ako sa overall aesthetics and performance of both vehicles. medyo nasisikipan lng c esmi at mga bata sa carens due to very limited cargo space. kung siguro katulad sya ng carnival na may swb at lwb options we would definitely have opted for the latter.
so in the end it's carnival swb. so hopefully my in-house trade-in & loan application gets approved plus the color we want gets available asap.

wish me luck guys and thank you for this wonderful thread. it really opened my eyes.

[SIZE=2]Went to the Alabang Town Center Kia Family Day Service Clinic last saturday. They replaced my Aircon filter, Air filter and wiper blades (2), Rear Wiper was not included. Also got free oil filter and key chains. Also free merienda.

Wowowee! Freebies are just in time before my 10k checkup next week. LAKING TIPID!!! Will only pay for oil change and labor, hehehe...

Btw, i complained about my Map Lamps w/ sunglass holder. The darn thing just came off last week. Screws were too tight that the plastic cracked. I was told to go to the Kia Alabang dealer service for replacement since warranty pa. Sana mabilis ang replacement,

Just had my 15k PMS and the total cost is P2,798.00. May promo kasi ang lahat ng Kia dealers ngayon - 30% discount on oil and 20% discount on labor from June 22 '09 til July 11, '09.

Matagal ko ng napapansin na tuwing magmamanuever ako to and out of parking (where I had to slowly steer to the left or to the right), may nararamdaman akong "tok" sa ilalim close to the left of the steering column. Parang rubber na binabanat at napuputol. Hindi ko naman talaga sinasagad yung pag steer. Something is not right.

Pinacheck ko ito during my last 15k PMS pero wala silang makitang problema sa suspension dun sa casa. Nawala kasi ito dati pero bumabalik balik. I'm definitely not happy and now a bit concerned na baka lumala pa ito. Sabi nung mechanic may mga ganito ding problema yung ibang Carens na pinunta dun (Kia Dagupan) pero di talaga nila madiagnose ang problema.

Close to mga 3-4k pesos din yang mga freebies na yan sir bluebeard.. nice one. Pero di mo ata gaano ginagamit Carens mo since mag te 10k kms pa lang mileage mo. Yung sa akin naka 15k kms na

[SIZE=2]Hello guys. I just came from Kia Pasig and I'm so happy to have met Reden and wavecxs (Jon). It was so nice meeting fellow Carens owners.

I'm also happy to announce that Engr. Ho gave Carens Club 30 pieces of mobile phone chains with Kia Mohave as design. He apologized for not having Carens chains but it's ok. It's more than enough that he gave us a token. Reden and I had some pictures taken with the guys at Kia with my Carens as background. Paki-post na lang sir Redern

problema '08 carens ko 5000km pa lang sa odo eh, sira na ang engine starter as diagnosed by kia cebu, rattling noise during start-up ang reklamo ni wifey, might be the bendix bearings or what.
masama pa 1 week pa bago darating ang spare, tsk tsk 'ala sa ayos

Almost 3weeks na at wala pa yung mga spare parts ko nga eh (rear bumper and rear tail light kasi binangga ako ng **&%* na jeep), sabi ng kia bacolod 10days lng daw, well i left for china june 8....june 24 na and wala pa...hayzzzz.
