September 3rd, 2008 07:23 AM #2665my free insurance came with Paramount insurance, participation fee is a whooping 12K... worst, when i have to claim, di raw accredited ang Kia service centers...ang saya di ba, Kia ang kumuha ng bundled insurance, pero di mo pwede dalhin sa Kia...
i was made to bring it to two different service centers ng ibang brands...6 months na rigodon bago na repair car ko...
1st service center was a 3 letter brand...tuwa ako kasi premium service center mag aayos car ko, nagulat tao dun when i brought my car, they estimated, Paramount said i could bring in the car, approved na raw...when i brought in sa 3 letter brand service center, they dont do Kia daw...WTF, i was referred there, they estimated, was approved, tapos di gagawin...
ang saya ng experience ko sa first Korean car ko... i love my Carens

September 3rd, 2008 11:09 AM #2667Dapat siguro magreklamo na tayo sa CAC para kasing nagkakalokohan na! Maganda nga ang carens pero baliwala to kung pangit naman service nila free insurance pero hindi naman accredited ang kia service centers lokohan na yun ah!
Baka naman may kilala kayo sa DTI para masumbong natin yung CAC dahil hindi maganda ang patakaran nila or baka pwede natin sumbong problema na yan sa mga autoshows para mapalabas nila sa TV.
Pwede rin mag EB tayo sa CAC mismo para makausap natin kung sino man ang dapat kausapin don.

Sir June T clarification lang po. Di ba warranty issue ung sa aircon ninyo? E bakit kelangan i claim sa insurance at may participation pa kayo?

In fairness naman sa kia, ok naman yung sa bacolod na casa, sila ang nag facilitate ng paper works for the claim nung nabangga ang carens ko, yun nga lang medyo matagal dumating ang spare parts hehehehe and also may binayaran ako na participation fee
.
Baka iba-iba ang mga patakaran for every casa re claim.
