I guess it's much more difficult for them than for those with a factory in the Philippines... they have to order from Korea.
But if you'd like to feel better, some manufacturers, even with a local plant, take a long time to get certain parts.
Cosmetic replacement parts, like lights, badges, etcetera... are not often stocked, because they don't need them. For my Ford, it took three months for them to finish repiars after an accident. The last two months of that was waiting for lights and badges. Take note... the Lynx is assembled in the Philippines.
What dealers and factories stock is commonly replaced parts... suspension parts, brakes, alternators, clutches, CV Joints, etcetera... but even then, some parts are not in enough demand for them to stock. Waiting time at Nissan for a Cefiro CV Joint... considering there are lots of Cefiros in the Philippines... ? 3 months.
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

Guys, if your are nearing your PMS and needs to have your cars scheduled for PMS please don't go to wheels e rod ave. they are just swindling you of your hard earned money. Imagine having to pay 45++ for a 10k PMS. If I had it performed in kia signet I would be paying 3k only.

70- up, 4th Gear!!!
I agree with you. 3rd gear is too high.
for me, the ideal speed for 4th gear is a min of 50kph for a 4 a/t.
I have talked to my sales agent re the adjustment, but they are not aware of any tweaks to modify the setting.
I am not sure if the shifting changes with the distance travelled.
before, when it hasn't run 3500 km, it would go to 4th only at 80kph. now my odo is around 3658 km.

He He He. I bargained with my dealer to deduct my insurance premium from the the selling price. Its hard to insure with casa, they give insurance company that you are not comfortable with. Like mschu.... He is getting a hard time to know his deductible or participation, there is no one to explain to him his policy provisions.
