    Thanks for the info.....

I had a 2003 but just recently let go of it last monday. It's starting to give headache na. Tinirik ako while driving in EDSA. Had it checked sa Pasig but they said fuel line and filter lang problema according to the computer readout. But when I got it, parang hirap na tumakbo. I think injector is giving up na pero it lasted 6 good years na din. I didn't want to let go of it kasi there is no vehicle that can match the ride of the trooper and I like the sitting at the back. Now I don't have any choice but to get......... Alterra. If you don't mind....my other choice pa ba ako that would be close to the trooper

That's sad to know you had to let go of the Trooper...

As for it's comparable replacement, if an ISUZU, yup, it's the Alterra. If other brands, a REAL SUV I guess... ... not the PICK-UP based SUVs.

Thanks, Gerbo. Our only limitation is the IFS and the ground clearance limits plus size of wheel wells. Despite these, it does keep up with the later models and even manages to pull off big surprises on the newer trucks. I still have to try this rig on the same route with mud tires and a better locking hub.

    Cheers!

What is your Isuzu?
