Take a picture for sure as an evidence, then you can move your car.

The investigator will prove it first, but then If you will bring the victim to the hospital you cannot go unless the police/investigator arrived, the security guard of the hospital will hold you, that's the SOP, I have encounter it before but I am not the one involve, I am the one who helped the victim
