I just got an 1998 Japanese imported Trooper Bighorn.
Some of the power window switch plastic bottons are broken. Can anyone advise a good place to buy such original spareparts?

good luck if you're trying to look for a surplus..hehehe...sobrang hirap yan! my pickup has those same switches and it took me at least half of my day to look for one but was not able to find any...sabi nung mga surplusan sa banawe, hirap daw talaga yan...so your best bet would be a bnew one...yung single switch nya cost around 2k plus ata, so just imagine the price for the main one...are they physically or just mechanically broken? if mechanical lang...magagawa pa yan. -- i had one of mine replaced with an ordinary one, although pasok naman dun sa housing, nakaangat paren kaya mejo panget (sabi kse d na raw maayos). but i tried bringing it to rey's electrical when the other switches gave up, they were able to fix it! so there you go..hehehe...but yeah, most likely walco has 'em.

Trup: Thanks for your advise, definitely I will try Walco next time I get to town - note I am located far up north, let you guys know when I have checked this out.
BeetOls: Interesting experience, obvious a common problem. The problem is on the driver / left side. On two of the switches the plastic holding pins are broken and those springs thats suppose to be there are missing. In addition the 'Lock' switch doesn't work cos the spring-pin mecanics are missing the botton cannot click to the lower position.

i tried walco last saturday, 4500 yung main switch, 2500 naman yung individual. mahal. i ended up having it fixed dun sa mga nakakalat na electrician dun. pinalitan ng nissan switch yung main ko then did some repairs, 1600 bayad ko sa lahat. ok naman sya, bale yung window lock switch lang ang hindi pareho ang puwesto sa housing kaya binutaqs yung housing ng lock ko

If you want nice switches. Hans tools in shangrila has em. Pero hindi parin original. And maraming bad experiences dun sa shop na yun. Anyway, just try your luck na rin kung mapadaan ka.

Thanks for your help guys. Now I bought the main power window panel (drivers side) from Walco. It is original, fit and works very perfectly.
