Thank you for your feedbacks po.

Hi! May I ask paanong metal shavings? Sa used engine oil ba nakita? TIA.

So far, at 800+ kms, ang issue sa amin is the Head Unit na remained stuck sa home screen after 46 days and is awaiting warranty replacement. Buti nalang, dealer installed ang reverse cam and sensor. Kaya caution dyan sa naka under warranty na Isuzu Mu-X/DMax owners, maraming ganitong kaso as per the dealer designated service personnel (sya lang taga ayos ng Isuzu/Honda/Hyundai etc na head units) sa probinsya namin so ingat sa 3rd party installation.

We bought our base Mu-X last 21Nov and the only gripe is with the dealer. Just because I think we took thru Metrobank w/ 40%DP, siningil kmi bigla ng PhP14K for LTO registration. Unfortunately si misis nakipag usap initially and she can't fully recall kng nabanggit nga. We have paid our DP thru the manager pero sa releasing siningil kmi ng ahente. And since this was our 4th time to purchase a new car, we didn't expect na sisingilin kmi ng LTO reg.

The after sales treatment sa Isuzu dealer na ito is the worst we've encountered. After 2 months (60days to be excat), naningil pa ulit ang ahente ng PhP1800 TPL para daw sa LTO dahil di raw kasama sa free comprehensive insurance from the bank. Anyway, nakipag talo na kmi at na escalate na sa manager and hopefully they'll give us our registration soon (without us paying 1800). Isa pa yang Isuzu Philippines, ang hirap ma contact. Mabuti pa treatment sa ibang dealer ng ibang brand with the other previously bought cars purchased cash/thru bank, ramdam mo customer service.

Very minute metal shavings bro. They had to check it using microscope pa.

It happens due to the engine's tight clearance when bnew. It'll loosen up din.

sorry to hear dad bro, medyo na iinis na nga rin ako sa SA namin HAHAHA techincally dalawa SA namin kasi as i mentioned on my first post here sinubukan naming Bumili ng MU-X sa Q.C Ave branch pero dahil 2 months na silang walang unit we switched to Alabang the one near Honda Alabang.

    *RANT DIN AKO*

The one sa Q.C Ave branch ang tagal bago niya iprocess yung refund namin, yung refund is for reservation nung MU-X na worth 5K. Nag request ako ng refund ng December 23 the day i got my MU-X sa Casa sa Alabang. Naka ilang follow up na ako sa sobrang inis ko susugurin ko na sana sa Q.C hahaha kasama dad ko though pinigilan kami ng mom ko and she talked to the agent and low and behold doon lang niya inasikaso yung refund namin we finally got the refund last Friday Feb 7. Mas maganda yung Service Bay ng Alabang kaysa Q.C and i can stay at my cousin's house while i wait sa PMS.

The one on Alabang naman sa totoo ok siya nung una, mabait tapos ang bilis sumagot. Pero nung naka benta na aba wala na. itexted her after new year kasi yung cousin ko suggested we install a rear cam and me and my parents wanted to install a keyless entry system, she told me out of stock and instructed me to text her back the next week. Which i did wala akong nakuhang reply LOL i texted her twice that week.

    -END OF RANT-

I also dont plan on keeping yung MU-X ko or baka ibigay ko nalang sa mon and dad ko after 2 years or so. I might switch sa SSangyong Tivoli XLV. Hirap hanapan ng parking eh ang lapad, and yung lilipatan kasi naming house after 5 years maliit lang yung parking so its either we sell the car o i give them the car and i buy a new one which is yung SSangyong Tivoli XLV.

    Kamusta owners ng MU-X 1.9?
Mukhang wala namang issues na lumabas?
