August 14th, 2008 05:07 AM #3955Maybe on its 15k km too, I will see. I will just back read to know everything about that product. I haven't really felt my trucks full potential but I know its really powerful.
What is Ceres liner? Is that a bus company? I love racing with those too, add those vios and corolla cabbies. Like last night, there was this vios and corolla cab plus this honk-addict bus who thought they were kings of the road. They were weaving through traffic and unfortunately, they ruined my night by cutting me.hehe So what I did, I put my lights into bright and gave them a fight. At 100, I could really see that they're really forcing their cabbies to get faster but their HP is no match for our truck. For the bus, forget him. He didn't even get close.hehe All I heard was his engine roar and saw a thick black smoke before me and my friendly cabbies passed him.
When did you start running your truck for more than 100kph? Did you even try it prior to your first PMS? I feel that it's still premature though my agent told me that I could run up to 100 but don't stay in that speed for a long period of time.

Yup bus company ang Ceres liner, alam ni Memphis 'to..
before my first pms, binabantayan ko lang huwag lumampas ang rpm ng 3K, pero speed i didn't bother and actually ang engine na break-in na yan before leaving the test stand sa planta. sundin pa rin natin ang manual para walang hassle at after first pms praktisin mo ihataw to the floor para ma-feel mo ang lakas ng bago mong engine sa maxx mo, alam ko powerful ang engine ng bagong model na yan,,,

August 14th, 2008 08:24 AM #3957Yup, it's so powerful. I could easily catch up with cars who already had momentum on its 5th gear.
Sir, do you think additional 5 to 600kms in the required first PMS mileage is too much? My truck is already due for its 1st PMS (1500 kms), about 200 kms to go, but due to time constraints, I just don't know how to fit it in my schedule. I know, based on my experience, that it would take almost the whole day when I bring it to the casa. I am going to out of town on weekend and my total mileage will be more or less 2000 on the return.
I tried looking on the booklet and the things that they would only do on 1st PMS is to change the oil and oil filter and perform Drain Fuel Sedimentor. Others are just inspection. I also asked my agent, he told me that it's fine even if I have it serviced at 2000 kms.

August 14th, 2008 08:33 AM #3958Added question from my previous post: Is it tru that after the 1st PMS, I could already run it to whatever my desired speed? Or do I need to wait after my 2nd PMS?
