January 9th, 2008 09:53 AM #3452Thanks for the info sirs 2Dmax and limahong... so far ang alam kong differences are the officially listed ones (abs, airbags, stereo hu,foglamps, silver wheels, black mirrors) pero may mga unofficial/unlisted ones din (no side mouldings on doors, color-keyed radiator grill), baka may mga ibang unlisted ones pa e, hirap kasi walang unit sa dealer, pati yung sales agent might miss some things

Mga fellow D-Maxers! Kumusta na?
Ang tahimik ngayon dito sa thread natin a. Ano ba pwede nating pag-usapan? Hmm... wala e. Too busy kaya with work o too satisfied tayo with our rides? Hehe.

just inquired sa casa regarding parts and labor for clutch replacement.
price ng parts palang ph18,000 na. plus labor pa na im afraid to ask.
mayron paba store na pwde bilhan ng genuine isuzu dmax parts at a lower price. then ask for your recomendations for a shop to install the new clutch.
and there was i in the past when we were buying a manual transmission dmax, saying to myself mas mura mag maintain ng MT vs AT.
coming from a ae101 corolla na 8,000 parts and labor ng clutch replacement, this is a shocker.

kurt anong year b dmax mo?? bilis mo nagpalit ng clutch ah... ikaw ata ang first... hehehe.// tama ka pre, its cheaper to maintain a MT so AT wen the time comes na meron na masira.. sa A/T you wouldnt feel much na mabigat kc usualy change oil lang gawin.. but kung masira man ang A/T mahal din ang parts compare sa M/T.... i dont think meron nagbebenta ng ganun parts sa dmax sa labas na original... bago pa kc dmax dito sa astin eh... maybe a repalcement meron but ull never know namana the quality or tatagal ba... try other casas maybe they could give you a lower price... or try mo tawaran... hehehe....
and you cant really compare the corola na parts sa dmax kc magkaiba naman sila... kahit civic ko dati mura lang ang original parts compare sa dmax but then again its hard to compare them kc different brands and model.... and then the dmax parts are still imported, so meron din kamahalan...
