    base from my personal research, in the US, (market place, fuel talk) whether from v-power from shell or turbo from petron or other fuels it delivers no difference in combustion. it is just a market strategy making us consumers confused and trash of hard earned money.

    if it's plastic, ordinary wear and tear.
    "oxidation".
    accelerated by pollution in the air, heat, and extremely bright light.
    there's ways to DIY make it clear and shiny again. google it, po.

    it seems like its clouding from the inside. i have seen this while observing other units on the road. same as the picture above. it seems like low quality fog lamps was put in the vehicle.

    if you can open it, you can clean the inside surface.

    Lamp is made by TYC Taiwan, sealing is low Quality. On my pickup it took 11yrs before it became clouded, its made by Valeo. If cleaning is impossible, you may try replacing with cheap China replacement lamps.
