Just got a 4jg2 and was thinking of doing some preventive maintenance. Like change timing belt, crankshaft oil seal and other PMS that needs to be done to make sure the engine would be reliable and last a long long time.

What is the life span of the timing belt?
If I do change the timing belt what else should be changed? (tensioners?)

Is there other things that I should also change?

    Replied your PM.
Sir, reviving an old thread regarding PCV valve for the 4JG2. Have you experienced replacing it? Is it available in the market? How much? Or can we just spray it with carb cleaner for maintenance purposes?
