4JGtootsie: Hindi naman sya hardstarting sa umaga pero yung air bubbles sa fuel line hindi nawawala and unstable ang rpm, pwede din bang cause ito ng medyo pagputi ng usok dahil hindi na solid yung fuel na deliver ng fuel pump?
mintoy: Saan ka nakakuha ng surplus parts?
Thanks sa mga advice schedule ko para macheckup sasakyan ko, sana wala pa masyado bad effect sa ibang internal parts, update ko kayo. Hanap muna ako budget

dinala ko this morning sa betan sasakyan namin, binaklas then check yung internal parts na kailangan palitan yung feed pump pinalitan kasi gas2x na sya the rest ok pa. Calibrate then kabit nung una ok later namamatay, check fuel line baka barado or madumi fuel tank, filter & water separator dissasembled din para ma check they suggest na baka rotor head yung may tama so papalitan na din. Kailangan tanggalin ulit ang pump kaya lang hapon na din so iniwan ko muna sasakyan ko balikan ko nalang sa tuesday ang KaInip!!! to be continued kakabitin kala ko ok na makakauwi na ako kaninang hapon. Update ko kayo ulit.

Paano malalaman sa bench machine na yung Rotor head yung problem? Nauna ng tinaggal yung water separator and fuel filter for cleaning tapos yung injection pump. yung feed pump lang and mga repair kit ang pinalitan. reassemble ulit then kinabit sa bench machine yung IP, doon ba macheck kung even yung delivery ng fuel? Tapos kinabit na sa makina. Then nung test for a few minutes bumababa rpm and namamatay sya. Check ulit nila yung linya baka madumi namamatay ulit. Sinilip din sa ilalim, tnry nila maglagay ng fuel sa bottle "suspect yung maruming tangke" para don sya hihigop ng fuel tapos yung return line don din sa bottle nakalagay ganun pa din result medyo matagal nila observe 2:30pm ng makabit sa makina hanggang kakahanap nung problem inabot na ng hapon. Saka sila nagdecide na rotor head.

As far as I know sa test bench mo lang malalaman kung wala na rotor head kasi babagsak siya sa amount of delivery at various rpm especially at maximum which is half the actual engine rpm. Pa check mo rin solenoid ng IP.

so far so good ok naman na takbo ng sasakyan namin after mapalitan yung epensive rotor head. binalik ko lang kasi nagkaroon ng oil leak sa harap sa may cover ng pulley, pinachek ko muna sa mekaniko namin napalitan yung oil seal pero may leak pa din. sa cover plate sa harap na pala yung my problem pinalitan lang ng gasket ok na.

January 31st, 2011 05:59 PM #50After trying out the suggestions here, ayaw pa rin mag start ng fuego ko. I had to leave it sa autoshop in BF and they finally found the culprit. They replaced the shutoff-valve sa injection pump and ayun ok na yung idling, doesnt stop when mag neutral. Good thing it wasnt the injection pump or anything expensive. Part cost me PhP350 plus labor sa paglinis ng gas tank of 800. Now it runs smoothly.
