    Kung Ok siya for two days after mapalitan ang fuel filter, baka ang fuel tank ang madumi. Check mo ulit ang bagong fuel filter kung dumumi siya kaagad. Kung madumi, malamang nag-bara ulit. Pa-check mo ang tank. Baka ang diesel din ang madumi? Sa iisang gas station ka lang ba nagpapa=karga?

    thanks for the reply. actually before ko sya i change oil pinalinis ko na muna tanke. and iba ibang gas station din ako nagpapa refill. I haven't check kung madumi ulit fuel filter.

    it seems that there is air in the fuel system. the check valve in the primer pump may be the culprit.

    question, once started na leave the engine in idle, if namamatay then may air sa system.

    i had also experienced this problem, starting sa umaga 1 click lang pero kapag medyo mainit na makina or nakaikot na ako sa lugar namin kapag switch off ko then try ko magstart again hard starting na. Pansin ko may haging yung fuel line ko nacheck ko na mga clamp and hose kung sealed ang pagkakalagay ,Bleed ko muna fuel line para mawala ang hagin sa fuel line bago magstart ulit. Hindi naman ako namatayan sa daan medyo nagbabago lang yung rpm nya bumababa. Possible ba na yung hangin sa fuel line galing sa injector pump? Help naman po mga guru.

    it happened to my pickup as well when i last had its oil changed, at first they bled it using the pump on top of the water separator, pero hindi nakuha, after a while, they loosened the nozzle tip screws then bled again, finally got the rpm to stabilize after about 2 hours, lost quite a lot of diesel in the process..hehe.

    dami ko na din natapon na fuel kakableed so far monitored ko pa yung hangin sa fuel line ng auto ko. Sana magOk na sya. Hindi ko yata kaya mag DIY ng bleed sa may nozzle area baka lumala hehe... Tnry ko din magspray ng wd40 sa electrical connections sa injector pump medyo puro lupa na kasi sana makatulong ng konti.

    naputol din and isang govenor spring ng 4x4 fuego ng asawa ko. this was a few months ago. the problem was that the engine would not idle and just die. kailangan parating nakatapak sa gas. mechanics in pasay recommended to calibrate the injection pump. when the injection pump was opened. nakita na putol ang isang spring.

    hay... may hangin na naman sa fuel line nakakatamad nang hanapin. So far hindi naman ako namamatayan medyo makalog lang dahil sa pagbaba ng menor. Adjust ko na lang sa yung RPM knob sa dashboard.

    bro, i noticed that too. before opening the injection pump. i was bleeding the metal lines from the injection pump to the injectors. hindi mawala ang hangin. i was bleeding it 45 min at a time. finally had the injection pump opened. after the injection pump was repaired. it only took them less than 3 mins to bleed. then ok na sya. i suspect that putol din and govenor spring mo. the effect of not repairing the govenor spring is masisira and rotor head ng injection pump mo. i spend 6k for a surplus rotor head. total na gastos ko para sa calibration+ rotor head 10k

    Tama ang diagnosis ni ARB.
    Pag maluwag na yung bushing sa harap the pump side of the IP tends to suck air or oil instead of fuel from the filter/tank.
    That is the reason erratic ang idling. This will be evident during morning starts since fuel goes back to source because of gravity.
    In some instances low compression is the reason for hard starting since walang glow plug at direct injection siya, only the ideal compression can fire the injected fuel.
