    [B][COLOR=darkblue]HeLLo,

After reading all your post, Nakakatakot na bumili ng Xwind.
My parents bought a XUV last few months ago.
Mukhang okay, they bought the unit sa Libis branch.

So far, okay naman ang performance. pero...siguro I will tell my drivers to be cautious. Hirap ng ganun problema.

Any input will be great. If anyone has inside information which gives a good reason for me to hold off my purchase (e.g. upcoming 2004 models, excise tax removal -- asa pa! ), leak them out please... ;)
if i have a plan to buy new XUV i will wait for first quarter of 2004 for new XUV.......................

Nakaka-hiya sabihin, but I only know how to drive automatic. :waah:

Thanks for everybody's inputs. Are there any other issues with the 2003 Crosswinds I should be concerned about (apart from the radiator and exhaust problems)?

x-wind, napa-isip ako sa sinabi mo. Baka naman nasa 1.2M up na ang 2004 XUV. As it is, XTRM lang yata kaya ng budget ko eh.

20vanda01, can you elaborate on TBR03/TBR02? What does TBR mean? Sorry po, medyo anga-anga pa ako eh (di nga marunong mag-drive ng manual eh :speechles ). I didn't notice if the fixed windows at the rear cab had rubber seals or not.

had to dig this post up for an update...

after 3 radiator replacements ( all denso radiators, sorry to anyone from denso but I have to mention the brand name... unless the mods will edit this of course)
the last one on my 50thou KM PMS -- expiry ng warranty --- at 79,000 km, bumigay na naman radiator ko on the exact/same spot na it did before. base ng lower pipe connected to the rubber hose.

since out of warranty na unit ko... emergency visit ako sa nearest radiator shop. ayun, basic welding -- w/ "tingga" or aluminum (?). I hope di na ulit bumigay.

going by history, yung 1st radiator ko gave around 20-25th KM. yung 2nd, around 35thou KM, and yung last one around 79tho KM.

Alam nyo may defect talaga yung radiator ng xwind series 2002. My friend owns the denso in pasong tamo that revogsx is talking about and they make and repair the oem denso radiator and a/c system for isuzu. He showed me the radiator they repair. What they do is that they replace the entire bottom part of the radiator with the reinforced one form denso japan. apparently there was a manufacturing defect with the radiator, thats why the isuzu dealers replaces your radiator without so much fuss. Silent recall ika nga. If your going tohave it repaired or replace you can go there. Coolmate corporation/ denso. Ok gawa nila don. better than casa.

Rsnald...twice lang nangyari sa akin...yung first pinalitan sa kasa.....then second pinagawa ko sa mekanik ko......up to now di pa sira.....everyday use 30km everyday ako

basta tinaas nya lang yung radiator ko para di natatamaan sa baba...may contact kasi doon sa hose sa baba kaya galaw ng galaw yung tube...i suggest doing a mild lift about 2mm-5mm.....kikil lang katapat sa butas ng tornilyo...aangat na yon
